End User License Agreement

QuoteWinRepeat EULA

This End User License Agreement (EULA) supplements Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

By using QuoteWinRepeat, you acknowledge:

• The app is licensed, not sold
• Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support
• Apple is not liable for claims arising from app use
• QuoteWinRepeat is responsible for addressing user support issues
• Apple's standard EULA applies unless overridden here

License Grant

QuoteWinRepeat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Use the application for unlawful purposes
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

Maintenance and Support

QuoteWinRepeat is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.

Product Claims

QuoteWinRepeat, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application or your use of it, including product liability claims, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property infringement claims.

Third Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
