QuoteWinRepeat provides tools to help contractors and freelancers send invoices and collect payments from their clients. This page clarifies QuoteWinRepeat's role in the payment process.

QuoteWinRepeat is a software platform only. We are not a contracting company, payment processor, or party to any agreements between contractors and their clients.

QuoteWinRepeat's Role

QuoteWinRepeat provides:

  • Software tools to create quotes and invoices
  • Features to send payment links to clients
  • Integration with payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
  • Tracking and reporting for business management

What We Are NOT Responsible For

QuoteWinRepeat is not responsible for:

  • The quality, delivery, or completion of contractor services
  • Disputes between contractors and clients
  • Payment defaults or non-payment by clients
  • Contractor compliance with licenses, permits, or regulations
  • Accuracy of estimates, quotes, or invoices
  • Contract enforcement or legal matters
  • Tax reporting or withholding (contractors are responsible)

The Contractor-Client Relationship

When you use QuoteWinRepeat to send quotes, invoices, or collect payments:

  • •The contractor (you) is solely responsible for delivering services to the client
  • •The client (your customer) is responsible for payment as agreed
  • •QuoteWinRepeat is a neutral software tool and not a party to your agreement

Payment Processing

If you integrate payment processing (e.g., Stripe):

  • Payments are processed by the payment provider, not QuoteWinRepeat
  • Fees charged by payment processors are separate from QuoteWinRepeat subscription fees
  • Payment disputes must be resolved with the payment processor
  • Contractors are responsible for proper tax reporting on income received

Disputes and Chargebacks

In the event of a dispute:

  • Payment disputes remain between the contractor and client
  • Chargebacks are handled by the payment processor
  • QuoteWinRepeat cannot mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes
  • Contractors should maintain clear contracts and documentation

Contractor Responsibilities

As a contractor using QuoteWinRepeat, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining proper business licenses and insurance
  • Complying with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Accurately representing your services and pricing
  • Delivering work as quoted and invoiced
  • Resolving client complaints or disputes
  • Proper tax reporting and payment
  • Honoring warranties or guarantees offered

Limitation of Liability

QuoteWinRepeat, its owners, and employees are not liable for:

  • Contract disputes between contractors and clients
  • Financial losses due to non-payment
  • Damage claims related to completed or incomplete work
  • Regulatory fines or penalties
  • Legal fees associated with contractor-client disputes

Best Practices

To protect yourself as a contractor:

  • Use written contracts for all projects
  • Maintain proper business insurance
  • Document all work with photos and notes
  • Communicate clearly with clients throughout projects
  • Keep detailed records of payments received
