Refund Policy

Refunds for QuoteWinRepeat subscriptions depend on the platform where you made your purchase.
Apple App Store Purchases
Apple controls all billing and refunds for iOS subscriptions. QuoteWinRepeat cannot process refunds for Apple purchases.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your QuoteWinRepeat purchase
- Select "Report a Problem"
- Choose your reason and submit
Google Play Purchases
Google controls all billing and refunds for Android subscriptions. QuoteWinRepeat cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases.
To request a refund from Google:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu → Account → Purchase history
- Find your QuoteWinRepeat subscription
- Tap "Report a problem"
- Follow the refund request process
Note: Google typically allows refunds within 48 hours of purchase. After that, refunds are at Google's discretion.
Web (Stripe) Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through our website, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund:
Email us at donavan@knightopsdigital.com with:
- Your account email
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
We typically respond within 2-3 business days.
Free Trial Refunds
Free trials do not require payment. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary for free trials.
Important Notes
- Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple, Google, or Stripe depending on your purchase platform
- QuoteWinRepeat cannot override decisions made by Apple or Google regarding refunds
- Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period even after cancellation
