These Terms govern your access to and use of QuoteWinRepeat ("Service").

By using QuoteWinRepeat, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QuoteWinRepeat is a business SaaS platform providing:

  • Quote generation
  • Invoice creation
  • Client management
  • AI-assisted drafting
  • Reporting and profitability tools
  • Optional payment support

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have legal authority to operate a business account
  • Use the Service lawfully

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Securing your login credentials
  • Activity occurring under your account

4. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

QuoteWinRepeat may offer paid subscriptions and features.

Subscription Options

Subscriptions may be purchased through:

  • Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)
  • Google Play Billing (Android)
  • Stripe Checkout (Web)

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

  • Trial converts automatically into a paid subscription
  • Billing begins at trial end unless canceled

Managing Subscriptions

Apple Users

Subscriptions must be managed through your Apple ID settings:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Apple controls billing and refunds.

Google Play Users

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play:

Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions

Google controls billing and refunds.

Web Users

Subscriptions can be managed through QuoteWinRepeat account settings.

5. Refund Policy (Platform Rules)

Refunds are handled by the platform of purchase:

  • Apple processes all iOS refunds
  • Google processes all Play Store refunds
  • Stripe refunds follow our web billing policies

QuoteWinRepeat cannot directly override Apple or Google billing decisions.

6. User Content Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • All quotes/invoices you generate
  • Compliance with business licensing and tax laws
  • Accuracy of pricing and client deliverables

QuoteWinRepeat does not guarantee business outcomes.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

AI drafting tools are provided for convenience only.

You acknowledge:

  • AI outputs may contain errors
  • You must review documents before sending
  • QuoteWinRepeat is not liable for AI-generated inaccuracies

8. Contractor-Client Payment Disclaimer

If you use payment-related tools:

  • QuoteWinRepeat is not a party to contractor-client agreements
  • Contractors are solely responsible for services delivered
  • Payment disputes remain between contractor and client

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Access other users' data
  • Abuse platform features
  • Upload malicious content
  • Reverse engineer the Service
  • Use QuoteWinRepeat for unlawful purposes

Violations may result in termination.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Non-payment
  • Abuse or fraud
  • Violations of these Terms

You may cancel subscriptions anytime through the platform where purchased.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuoteWinRepeat is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • QuoteWinRepeat is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business disputes
  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use indicates acceptance.
